Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) is an autonomous institution with the mandate of contributing to the professional management of rural organizations. It was founded in 1979 at the initiative of the National Dairy Development Board and, the support of Government of India, Government of Gujarat and Swiss Development Co-operation. Ever since inception IRMA has been working closely with Co-operatives, NGOs, Governments, National and International agencies.
